Sept 14m Wed, My shoes are looser hope its more than water loss...I will weigh in Sat. Morning before we go to Greeley. I had a boiled egg for breakfast and 1/2 slice micro waved bacon. Lunch was up at DeBeque.... Senior lunch is every Wed provided by The Gray Gourmet....Seniors meals on wheels program. We had stuffed peppers, mixed vegetables, skim milkm a slice of whole wheat bread, and a fruit jello. Supper was a salad, baked patotoe, green beans, one piece of chicken, I drank 64 oz og water and 24 oz of diet dr. pepper.
I walked about 3/4 of a mile on the tread mill plus walking around all day. 11346 steps....yea!!!! Im getting in my 10,000 steps they recommend, sometimes its hard so I go to the store and walk around window shopping... getting lost of ideas for crafts and Christmas gifts....
Watched the news and its going to be down to 47 degrees in the morning....burr.... not sure I will go to Sherwood Park at 5:30 to walk....will go when it warms up during the day... Dutchess walked on my foot again....little toe is swollen and hurts like *@$#%%^^&&^*)*O%^&#$%!!!!

Hi Kim! I got your birth certificate.. Bresnam called and they have recorded the new residence in to whatever records needed to be done and they can service the duplex now. I need to call and have it all set up . you may not have service until Oct tho. Sorry....guess you will have to come over here to watch Charmed....lol

Sheila: took over the protractor to Wynter....Paula asked for money...not suprised huh?? I told her NO. Lee starts his manager training tommorrow at 8 am. He is excited and a whole lot nervous. It really bothers me to say No but Paula needs to get her life together before anymore damage is done to the kids and her family. I will not be around forever.....Its my turn now.
